Go for Barbie…
I believe great production is equal parts creative thinking, preparation, adaptability, and people. My job is to take an ambitious idea and figure out how to make it real—without losing sight of what made the idea exciting in the first place. After more than two decades in experiential production, I’ve learned that the best producers are not simply managing timelines and budgets; they are anticipating problems, finding solutions, protecting the creative, and giving everyone around them the confidence to do their best work.
My leadership style is direct, collaborative, and hands-on. I build strong teams, communicate clearly, and believe people do their best work when they know what is expected of them and feel trusted to do it. I’m comfortable leading large, complex productions and equally comfortable jumping into the details when something needs to be solved. I bring a calm, practical approach to high-pressure environments and believe that no problem is improved by a lack of transparency.
I also believe that the relationship between producer, client, agency, and creative team should be a partnership. I listen carefully, ask the right questions, and try to understand not only what a client wants, but why it matters to them. Whether I’m producing a festival, premiere, brand activation, VIP experience, or something completely new, I approach every project with the same commitment: protect the creative, respect the people doing the work, solve the problems, and deliver something everyone is proud to put their name on.
