Produced a network Upfront (an annual event where television networks and streaming platforms preview their upcoming programming schedules to major advertisers and media buyers to sell commercial airtime) that successfully impressed guests and garnered excitement for AMC programming. Provide a flawless, high stakes, presentation along with dinner and entertainment.

Key Challenges

Executing a high pressure event with top C-Level executives and high profile guests. Network executives can be demanding and are partial to last minute changes so flexibility and excellent communication is key. Originally this event was to be produced by a junior counterpart but quickly became obvious that this client required a more senior producer and I was personally requested to step in and oversee this event to completion.
