Key Challenges

Getting talent to the meet and greet tent in a timely manner with a fully packed schedule of roughly 14 meet and greets per festival day while moving platinum guests through the experience in 15 minute increments. Coordinated with management teams as well as production runners to facilitate artist movement and on time execution of photo committments.
