Project Summary

Create a VIP worthy space for Capital One cardholders to enjoy an upgraded experience at Alter Ego in Los Angeles complete with food and beverages, premium pins and hats, and a Blink 182 meet and greet photo opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Production

  • Budget Management

  • Production Planning and Scheduling

  • Vendor Management

  • Site Operations

  • Staffing and Logistics

  • Installation and Strike

  • Metrics and ROI Reporting

  • Talent Handling

Key Challenges

Crafting an elevated experience in a short timeframe with limited funding to produce a cardholder upgrade event that feels intimate. Prioritized decor rentals and window clings to uplevel the room, expedited premium give-a-ways, and crafted a photo booth set with real instruments as props for guests to enjoy while waiting for their meet and greet moment.

Client Comments

“Thank you again for helping us produce such an awesome event last weekend! The client is thrilled with how everything turned out (and obviously so were we!). They specifically mentioned how “right” the room felt. No branding felt forced. The assets you chose to use made sense in the space and looked clean & exciting. I know we pulled this together incredibly quickly over the holidays which is never easy so we really appreciate how easy you made this process for us during that time.

& a super thanks to Barbie who had the answer to absolutely everything the client or I asked on-site. It is so reassuring having you there!

Looking forward to working together again soon.”

Best,

Casey Apel
