Project Summary

Create a playful free movie night in the public parks of Brooklyn NY over the summer months that creates awareness for Paramount+/Showtime streaming programming. Make an interactive photo moment and pass out branded chairs to the first 600 attendees.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Supervision of Production

  • Budget Management

  • Production Planning and Scheduling

  • Fabrication Oversight

  • Metrics and ROI Reporting

  • Vendor Management Oversight

Key Challenges

Creating a set design that was mobile and would last for multiple stops on uneven park ground throughout the summer. Enlisted a fabrication partner to build the set as well as install and strike at each movie night while providing touch ups throughout the program so it always looked fresh. Fabrication also provided storage for the thousands of branded chairs that were handed out throughout the summer and they would bring each allotment which helped with logistics and planning. Allowed my dedicated production coordinator to own this series of events with my supervision which provided a great opportunity for her professional growth and an opportunity for mentorship throughout the program.
