Key Challenges

Finding a venue and vendors with only a 7 day window from idea to execution over a holiday weekend with a core team of only 4 people. Utilized ingenuity, confidence in my team and sheer determination to find a solution that satisfied both the talent and the label. With last minute details changing right up to doors, I remained calm and solution oriented bringing elements together that satisfied all concerns.
