Generate excitement for the new Starz show, “Shining Vale” by hosting a party at the New York Comic Con that would immerse potential viewers in the world of the show, highlighting plot points and character elements while providing guests with free food and beverages, a dance floor, and spooky moments to garner intrigue.

Key Challenges

Fabrication enlisted a third-party logistics team to deliver key elements from their workshop in Florida but one of the two trucks encountered a massive delay causing it to arrive 12 hours later than anticipated. Worked closely with the fabricators to enlist a local workshop to allow their team to reconstruct replacement elements to allow for continuity and maintain cohesion. All assets lost in delivery were replaced by rentals or reconstructions and all key elements were represented for maximum impact as anticipated.
